As an Automotive Client Retention Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our current clientele. You will guide both new and existing customers on optimal strategies to safeguard their assets through auto insurance. Your role will involve identifying coverage gaps and presenting innovative solutions using a wide array of insurance products while meeting performance objectives. Additionally, you will foster new business opportunities through cross-selling and referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. Continuous learning and development opportunities will be available to help you maintain licensing requirements and advance your career.
What You Will Contribute to Our Team:
- Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service, empathy, problem-solving abilities, typing proficiency, resilience in the face of rejection, and a track record of meeting retention targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing high transaction volumes.
- Possession of a Level 1 General Insurance license.
- Willingness to pursue a Level 2 license.
- Familiarity with ICBC Autoplan Insurance.
- Proficiency with technology and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
Compensation Overview:
This position offers a variable compensation structure, comprising a base salary along with commission. The total earnings will fluctuate based on the successful candidate's portfolio at any given time. The anticipated base salary ranges from $42,000.00 to $44,000.00, with commissions awarded based on successful sales performance. Total compensation may be influenced by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, location, and the specific business line and level of the position.
