Insurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team at Westland Insurance Group Ltd. in Langford, BC. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and educating clients on insurance products, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of our presence in the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate, identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing basic knowledge of underwriting principles
- Continuously develop and grow your insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Laser-focused with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master time manager with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality
- Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided)
- At least 6 months of industry experience
