Position: Accounting Specialist

Education: Completion of secondary school diploma.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Location: Canada

Salary: $25.00 per hour / 35 hours per week

Employment Terms: Permanent, Full-time. May require weekend and overtime work. Start date: Immediate availability. Vacancies: 1.

Work Environment: On-site position; work must be performed at the designated location with no remote work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques.
  • Maintain financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized accounting systems.
  • Oversee general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balances of accounts.
