Position Overview

The Bookkeeper at HOLLANDER MOTOR HOTEL plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. This position involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Management: Calculate and prepare cheques for employee payroll.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Oversee the general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
  • Reporting: Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed.
  • Trial Balance Preparation: Prepare trial balances of books to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
