Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
