As a Client Partner at BDC, you will play a pivotal role in helping entrepreneurs overcome business challenges and achieve their ambitions. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying the essential needs of each client, building a plan to address these challenges, and positioning BDC's Advisory Services' expertise to capitalize on opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systematically identify client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate impact for businesses in all industries and at every stage of growth
  • Work closely with Financing teams to offer a seamless and holistic experience for clients and generate new business
  • Manage relationships between Client BDC Advisory Services teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with professional credentials such as MBA, CPA, PMP, and/or CMC
  • Experience in or working with financial services sector (banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital) and in working with local entrepreneurs and SMEs is an asset
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Drive for continuous learning and capability to develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both official languages (English & French) is a strong asset
