About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Architect to join our team at BDC. As a key member of our Advisory Services team, you will play a pivotal role in helping entrepreneurs overcome business challenges and achieve their ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Systematically identify the essential needs of each entrepreneur based on their growth journey
  • Build a plan to address these challenges and effectively position BDC's Advisory Services' expertise and diverse suite of management consulting offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the Bank's Financing teams to offer a seamless and holistic experience for clients and generate new business
  • Work in concert with the Advisory Services Delivery teams to ensure successful Advisory project delivery and high client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with professional credentials such as MBA, CPA, PMP and/or CMC
  • Experience in or working with financial services sector (banking, consulting, private equity, venture capital) and in working with local entrepreneurs and SMEs is an asset
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to navigate through a corporate environment and excellent verbal written and presentation skills in both official languages (English & French)
