We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 3X Design Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
- Select and develop middle managers and directors
- Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
