Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the program's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the program's strategic plan, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the program's budget and financial management, ensuring commercial viability and influencing the achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with key senior stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and executive teams.
  • Ensure the program's operations are environmentally responsible, with a focus on net zero carbon transition and sustainability.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in program management and execution, driving innovation and best practices within the program and the wider organization.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the aviation sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
