About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aviation Program Director to join our team at Daniel J Edelman Holdings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of large-scale aviation programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for aviation programs
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver aviation programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on program progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on aviation programs
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet
