Mace is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our transformative aviation infrastructure programme in Toronto, Canada. This multi-billion-dollar initiative aims to revolutionize the airport into one of the most advanced, sustainable, and passenger-friendly facilities in the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble a highly skilled project team with the right experience, capabilities, and technical competency.
  • Improve performance by optimizing resource allocation and continuously monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating activities, systems, and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure and enhance programme performance, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in delivery.
  • Serve as a key contact for the executive team, ensuring efficient governance and gaining organizational support for programme activities.
  • Manage key client relationships through effective communication, constructive challenge, and consistent interface, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the public face of the programme, representing it to external stakeholders and chairing executive steering group meetings.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the transportation sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
  • Experience working in the aviation infrastructure sector.
  • Previous experience working with the GTAA (Greater Toronto Airports Authority) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable field.
