Job Title: Aviation Infrastructure Programme Manager

Join Mace North America as we embark on a transformative journey to revolutionize the airport in Toronto, Canada. As our Aviation Infrastructure Programme Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a multi-billion-dollar aviation infrastructure program that aims to make air travel smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly.

About the Role:
  • Ensure all programme activities are aligned with the overall vision and strategic objectives, providing clear strategic direction and monitoring progress towards these goals.
  • Assemble a highly skilled project team with the right experience, capabilities, and technical competency, including appointing external specialists as necessary.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure and enhance programme performance, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in delivery.
  • Manage key client relationships through effective communication, constructive challenge, and consistent interface, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Act as the public face of the programme, representing it to external stakeholders and chairing executive steering group meetings.
About You:
  • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the transportation sector.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
  • Experience working in the aviation infrastructure sector.
  • Previous experience working with the GTAA (Greater Toronto Airports Authority) or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable field.
