Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at PAYLOW SMOKES & CIGARS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Assess the performance of our store on a daily basis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to optimize store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market data and consumer trends to determine demand for our products and services, and make informed decisions about inventory and marketing strategies.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide which products and services to offer in our store, based on market research and customer feedback.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to promote our store and products, including social media, advertising, and in-store promotions.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets for the store, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the needs of the store and determine the number of staff required to meet customer demand.
- Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, and supervise existing employees to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, ensuring that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
