- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to optimize store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure that all areas of the store are covered.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide on the products and services to be sold in the store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets for the store, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our means.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess the staffing needs of the store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff members to meet customer demand.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail operations management role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
