Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant** to support our operations at 499692 BC Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office administration and be adept at managing various tasks efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and reservations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
The role involves working under **tight deadlines** and requires the ability to multitask effectively.
