Brandt Group of Companies is currently in search of a HR Administrator to join our dynamic team.
As a vital member of the Human Resources department, the HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting recruitment and HR operations. This position is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to the HR team, which includes generating regular reports on HR metrics, preparing and modifying HR documentation, and collaborating with the recruitment team on various initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid background in Human Resources. A recognized credential in Human Resources, along with a CPHR designation, is advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual and proficient in French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to alleviate the workload of HR Recruiters.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to applicants, assist in screening candidates, manage job postings, and carry out other administrative tasks as needed.
- Contribute to the Recruitment Needs List.
- Assist in the creation and revision of job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage job postings and ensure Brandt's information is accurately represented on recruitment platforms and other media.
- Support the screening process by reviewing resumes, evaluating candidate suitability, conducting initial interviews, and forwarding resumes to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, pre-interviews, and reference checks as necessary.
- Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate employment offers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Help manage the monthly recruitment reporting process.
- Stay informed about the company's organizational structure, personnel policies, and employment laws.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
