Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our personnel processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain personnel documents, including classification and staffing records.
  • Manage and update personnel-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer and maintain registration systems, records, and files.
  • Coordinate the advertising and posting of job vacancies, as well as screen job applicants.
  • Administer and score employment tests, conduct reference checks, and prepare reports as required.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • English language proficiency.
