Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee data management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain personnel records, including classification, staffing, and other personnel documents.
  • Manage and update employee data in our database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applicants, and administering employment tests.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on employee data, including attendance, performance, and benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
