About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Sales Representative to join our Ontario Commercial team in the Barrie South Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving volume and distribution targets for our continued success in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Support Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government, and suppliers through a First Choice lens.
  • Negotiate Annual Agreements: Negotiate annual agreements with on-premise customers to ensure profitability and success in implementing their strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed targeted sales plans on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Ensure Brilliant Execution: Build rapport and support product standards to ensure brilliant execution.
  • Plan and Administer Budgets: Plan and administer budgets, develop business case proposals, and execute strategies.
  • Participate in Sales Meetings: Participate in daily sales meetings with your team to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Analyze Data: Analyze valuable data to track volume, distribution performance, and the competitive landscape to develop strategies that will help us meet any challenge.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years' progressive experience in sales and key accounts management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries.
  • Driver's License: Must have and maintain a provincial valid driver's license in good standing with no limitations/restrictions.
  • Criminal Background Check: As part of the recruitment process, the candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and provide a driver's abstract.
