About the Role

Autodesk is seeking an experienced Software Release Engineer to join the Autodesk Graphics Platform (AGP) team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Jenkins pipelines, automating routine tasks and service deployment using scripting languages, and providing automation and tools support to the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Jenkins pipelines to automate software releases and deployments.
  • Automate routine tasks and service deployment using scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, and bash.
  • Provide automation and tools support to the wider team, including assistance with CI and test automation implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement and enhance CI and test automation strategies.
  • Help troubleshoot common issues in CI and test automation pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in software development and automation.
  • Mastering Jenkins pipelines, Groovy, CMake, Git, CI pipeline, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with C++ build environment, GitHub actions, Docker, CI concepts and pipelines, and relating testing automation, Windows/Linux/Mac environments, and some exposure to iOS/Android test automation and cloud environments.

What We Offer

Autodesk offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary between $98,600 and $144,650, annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
