Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nerval Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
