Risk Advisory Services Expert

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Risk Advisory Services to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Risk Advisory team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate complex risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engagement teams to plan and deliver internal audits and risk advisory projects
- Gather and review relevant information to inform risk assessments and audit programs
- Support engagement teams in developing high-quality client deliverables
- Maintain a proactive and logical approach to information gathering and analysis, presenting complex ideas clearly through writing and speaking
- Ensure high-quality client service through daily progress of fieldwork and communication of updates to Managers and fellow staff
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in an internal audit, risk, or related setting
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness and quality of deliverables and services
