About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, growth, and sales leadership to develop and implement business initiatives that drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency.
  • Act as the analytical authority within the sales organization, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure, including performance and productivity metric dashboards, funnel reports, and other key performance indicators.
  • Support the Director of Sales Operations in the annual planning cycle, providing analysis and insights to inform business strategy.
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives, including design, implementation, adoption, and documentation.
  • Organize pipeline generation tactical playbooks and events, and drive new initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and streamline account executive prospecting activities.
Requirements
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail, with the flexibility to meet changing business priorities.
  • A confident, proactive communicator, capable of identifying opportunities to solve problems and bring solutions.
  • A self-starter, highly motivated, and deeply team-oriented.
  • Proven experience in a sales operations role, including 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth environment in sales/revenue operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, experience developing processes to remove human error.
  • Proven expertise with productivity tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Power BI, and certifications.
  • Proficient in SQL and quantitative analysis, with the ability to deep dive into large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Ability to leverage data to perform root cause analysis and address the source of issues.
  • Outcome-driven approach to developing recommendations and demonstrated ability to develop a story and execution plan to support business goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication (listening, written, and oral) skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations targeted to the audience in question.
  • Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a cross-functional environment.
