Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Let's Sushi. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies to boost profits
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement effective marketing plans to increase customer engagement and drive sales
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on food and other essential supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to complaints and concerns
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
