Restaurant Operations Manager

Aroma of Pakistan Takeout Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability.
- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu plans to meet customer demands and maintain profitability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, and ability to multitask.
