  • Menu Planning: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
