Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Westburne. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Rockwell Automation Controllers, HMI's and software to our customers in Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an annual strategic business plan for sales development.
  • Act as a pre-sale technical consultant to provide technical solutions to customers.
  • Provide post-sale technical support to build the competency and confidence of customers.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product updates.
  • Attend supplier partner training to maintain a high level of specialized product and application knowledge.
Requirements
  • Electrical/Electronic/Automation Technology diploma or degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2-years of previous experience in automation or technical product sales/support.
  • Understanding of sales principles such as Strategic Selling, Customer-Centric Selling, Conceptual Selling, etc.
  • Technical understanding of electrical circuits and industrial automation.
  • Product and application knowledge of Rockwell Automation Controllers, HMI's and software.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
