Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Leader at Atlantic Region Food Corp, you will play a pivotal role in guiding Team Members during their shifts to uphold operational standards and ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your leadership will involve setting objectives, delegating tasks, and inspiring your team by recognizing achievements and providing constructive feedback.

  • Foster a positive and respectful team atmosphere
  • Clearly communicate shift objectives, priorities, and outcomes to team members
  • Assist in the training of new crew members as needed
  • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to team members
Operational Excellence
  • Establish and nurture a guest-first culture within the establishment
  • Address and resolve guest concerns and conflicts effectively
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, recipes, and operational systems by all team members
  • Promote a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation protocols; comply with relevant local and state regulations
Profitability
  • Drive sales targets and performance outcomes
  • Implement restaurant standards and marketing strategies
  • Guarantee that all products are prepared in line with brand standards

  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests
