Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of roofers and shinglers, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. This is a permanent position, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and shinglers
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Train or arrange for training of team members
  • Recommend personnel actions and requisition materials and equipment
  • Prepare and submit progress reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
