Position Overview

The Assistant Manager of Housekeeping Services plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities at Living Water Resorts. This position requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within housekeeping
Work Environment
  • Staff accommodation is available
  • Work setting includes a resort atmosphere
Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams
  • Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness
  • Supervise and guide housekeeping staff
  • Manage contract services related to housekeeping
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Supervise maintenance and repair operations
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Oversee in-house laundry operations
  • Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping personnel
  • Ensure adherence to local health and sanitation regulations
  • Address guest complaints and concerns promptly
