Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Oversight:
    # Uphold best practices in software development, encompassing code evaluations, testing protocols, and continuous integration processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to blockchain technology.
  • A proven history of leading and managing engineering teams in a rapidly evolving, innovative setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, cryptography, and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in the US market is highly advantageous.
