Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Vice President

At EVERSANA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Affairs Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and submit regulatory applications, including Clinical Trial applications, New Drug Submissions, and Supplemental New Drug Submissions.
  • Manage client relationships and deliverables, including contractor work and related revenue and expense budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver on shared projects, such as PRCI projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments, and provide guidance to the team on compliance matters.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences or regulatory affairs.
  • 20+ years of experience in various pharmaceutical roles in Canada, with a strong background in regulatory affairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic business thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to develop and implement business plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MSC, MBA, or MBiotec degree.
  • 20+ years of experience in the Canadian industry, including leadership roles.
Work Environment:

The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift), walk, talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands. Currently work-from-home is available with attendance expected at team meetings in either Toronto or Burlington at the EVERSANA offices.
