Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Lex Tec Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and logs
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials to meet production demands
  • Compile and review order specifications and worksheets to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor production progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
