Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and logs
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials to meet production demands
- Compile and review order specifications and worksheets to ensure accuracy
- Monitor production progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Follow up on issues related to work orders and resolve them in a timely manner
- Maintain an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
