Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing and Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Lex Tec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating activities with warehouse and production units, and ensuring the smooth flow of supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and logs
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient supply chain management
  • Coordinate the flow of supplies to meet production demands
  • Compile and review worksheets and specifications of orders
  • Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Follow up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
