Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and logs
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Coordinate the flow of supplies to meet production demands
- Compile and review worksheets and specifications of orders
- Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Follow up on issues with work orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies
- Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Contact clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Reliability and ability to work independently
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
