Job Title: Operations Vice-President

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  2. Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  3. Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  4. Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  5. Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  6. Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews.
  7. Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 people and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our organizational objectives.

Computer and Technology Skills
  1. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Area of Work Experience
  1. Management: Proven experience in management, including product development.
Transportation and Travel

A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Experience and Qualifications

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is required for this position.
