About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Services Director to join our team at Global - Senior Care Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the daily operations of our healthcare services department
    • Direct and control the activities of healthcare workers and staff
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare services
    • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure departmental operations are within funding limits
  • Staff Management
    • Hire, train, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
    • Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services and staff performance
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
    • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration or management
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in healthcare services
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Working Conditions
