Position Overview:
A Sales Team Leader at Pandora A/S embodies the essence of the brand and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves actively engaging with customers on the sales floor and collaborating closely with store leadership to achieve and surpass commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of enthusiasm and dedication to the brand, motivating team members to act as brand ambassadors.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inspire and guide a sales team to take ownership of both individual and collective store goals.
  • Promote a high-performance selling atmosphere; complete product knowledge training to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective engagement and service.
  • Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor, engaging in team selling and role-playing to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-focused retail environment or a similar sector.
  • Understanding of retail mathematics and key performance indicators.
  • Proven experience in coaching teams to achieve high performance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
