Position Overview:

The Sales Lead embodies the essence of the Pandora brand. In this pivotal role, you will immerse yourself in our culture and offerings, taking pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You will support both management and sales associates, playing a crucial role in achieving in-store success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass individual and store sales targets by forging authentic connections with customers.

  • Create memorable shopping experiences that go beyond expectations, showcasing in-depth product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
  • Seize opportunities to exceed commercial objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new benchmarks for success.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by engaging authentically and going beyond mere transactions.
  • Inspire and mentor the sales team, promoting accountability for both individual and store performance. Provide timely feedback and guidance to empower the team in meeting their KPI goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a results-driven seller with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a strong sense of Care.
  • Adept at captivating audiences and connecting with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Sharp business acumen paired with analytical skills that drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively.
  • Familiarity with general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Embrace flexibility with a work schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with the physical demands of the role.
