Job Title: Patient Experience Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement patient experience strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided by PHSA.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based solutions.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform patient experience initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on patient-centered care and quality improvement principles.
  • Lead project teams to develop and implement patient experience projects, including project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related health field, such as healthcare administration, nursing, or public health.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare, with a focus on patient experience and quality improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel locally, provincially, and nationally, with suitable transportation.
