Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Leader to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of pharmaceutical care for our patients and providing leadership and guidance to our pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pharmacy Operations: Ensure all pharmacy operations are conducted in accordance with College of Pharmacists regulations and company policies.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to our pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and assistants.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of our pharmacy services and products, including the accuracy and timeliness of dispensing and clinical activities.
  • Business Development: Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy financial plans and overall business strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including distribution, patient programs, clinics, and nursing divisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
  • Registration: Current registration with the College of Pharmacists, Schedule A.
  • Experience: 5 years in pharmacy, with a minimum 2 years of managerial experience preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and team leadership skills; strong business and financial acumen; organized with the ability to multi-task; working knowledge of Kroll; excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS office software.
