Job Title: Program Lead, Corporate Safety

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Lead, Corporate Safety to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our Corporate Safety team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and communication of corporate programs and policies to drive the evolution of our Safety Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of corporate safety programs and policies.
  • Manage and coordinate the safety management system, including design, content, communication plans, resources, and tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Team to design and develop new training courses, learning forums, and content.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure the successful implementation of safety programs and policies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant science-based degree.
  • 5 years of experience in safety management, with a focus on corporate safety programs and policies.
  • CRSP designation and/or other relevant designations.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with safety management systems and regulatory requirements.
