About the Role

As a Personal Lines Account Manager at Drayden Insurance Ltd., you will be responsible for meeting sales goals through account development and new business sales. You will build strong, lasting relationships with our clients by helping them protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to clients
  • Up-sell products and services to new and existing clients
  • Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
  • Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding matters
  • Make timely renewal calls for existing client business
  • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
  • Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education
