Job Title: Contract Management Director

As a key member of The Wohl Group, the Contract Management Director will oversee the development and implementation of procurement strategies to drive efficiency and minimize costs. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in contract management, supplier development, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and terms
  • Conduct supplier reviews and assessments to identify risks and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive supplier performance and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Manage the repository of contracts and communicate contract terms to stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing reporting on supplier performance and risk mitigation
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in contract management, supplier development, and negotiation
  • Proven track record of driving supplier performance and minimizing costs
  • Strong analytical, financial, and technical acumen
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate or advanced level in MS Office applications, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
