About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Consultant to join our team. As an HR Business Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR advice and support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  2. Provide HR expertise and guidance to business leaders on talent management, organizational design, and change management
  3. Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to drive HR initiatives and programs
  4. Coach and enable leaders to be more effective in their roles
  5. Identify and champion change management initiatives to drive business success
  6. Partner with business leaders to analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy
  7. Develop and implement HR programs and processes to support business objectives
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  2. 5-7 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Consultant/Partner capacity
  3. Experience in a global matrixed organization is an asset
  4. Experience with relevant HR systems, such as Fusion, MS Office, and Workday
  5. Professionalism and discretion
  6. Coaching and presentation skills
  7. Flexibility to travel to other locations as required
