PPME is seeking a committed and proficient Project Manager with expertise in multi-level residential projects (MUST HAVE) who is prepared to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, sustainable developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multi-level residential construction projects from inception through to completion.
  • Act as an owner's representative, facilitating communication with municipal and governmental bodies to ensure compliance and seamless project execution.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with all involved parties, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage all facets of project oversight, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
Required Qualifications:
  • (MUST HAVE) Experience in multi-level residential construction.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as an owner's representative with municipal and governmental entities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering projects with financial constraints and expedited timelines.
  • Experience on sites requiring BC Energy Step Code 4 or higher.
  • Execution of LEED projects with a Gold rating or higher.
