- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training and Development
- Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Provide cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
