About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee the authorization of payments by cheque, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately stocked and that sales targets are met.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Perform Opening and Closing Activities: Perform opening and closing activities, including counting cash and stock, and ensuring that the sales floor is secure and organized.
  • Manage Staff Scheduling: Manage staff scheduling, ensuring that the sales floor is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
