Job Summary:

Ainsworth, a GDI company, is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician Foreman to oversee installation projects and lead a team of installers and helpers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation projects and ensure timely completion
  • Lead a team of installers and helpers to achieve project goals
  • Coordinate material and labor estimation
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems
  • Maintain current knowledge of Hussmann new product developments and service bulletins
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and local authorities governing requirements
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance and direction

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in refrigeration
  • Technical college diploma or certificate in refrigeration
  • Valid Driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Physically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations, and lift objects up to fifty pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, leadership, problem-solving, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and strong interpersonal skills
