Role Summary: Oversee the execution of assigned branch installation projects, ensuring that all activities are reported to the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager. Your focus will be on delivering safe, high-quality services efficiently while maximizing profitability and enhancing client satisfaction. You will coordinate on-site installation or remodeling projects, supervising Installers and Helpers, and managing the workflow effectively. Duties may also include estimating materials and labor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and solder copper piping
  • Identify and resolve water leakage issues
  • Install PVC drainage systems
  • Understand refrigeration system components
  • Stay updated on product advancements
  • Comply with safety standards
  • Assign tasks and inspire team members
  • Complete required documentation accurately
  • Build and sustain customer relationships
  • Handle multiple priorities with efficiency
  • Manage inventory on service vehicles
  • Coordinate on-site project activities
  • Estimate material and labor costs

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Technical diploma or certification in refrigeration
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
  • Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
